ONE LAW FOR ALL PEOPLE

Ex. 12:49-50

There are many people today that commit a crime and if they know the right group of people or have influence with the right person they can get off not paying for the crime. (plea bargain) Example: Nixon being pardoned, governors, etc., while others that commit the same crime spend time in jail or pay fines. Somewhere we have developed a double standard in punishing people for crime here in America.

Does God have a double standard? No, a thousand times no! God has laws that govern in the affairs of man and if we break His laws we will pay the penalty and there are no respect of persons. Colossians 3:25 tells us, "But he that does wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons." Galatians 6:7 tells us, "Be not deceived, God is not mocked, for whatsoever a man sows, that shall he also reap." There seems to be some bad seed being sown in this day and time. There are some good seeds being sown, but it appears that the enemy comes and sows bad seed alone with it. The seed of immorality: We try to teach our children right from wrong but many seem to be listening to the enemy instead of what God's word has to say. God's word says that adultery and fornication is sin but many today say that is old-fashioned, there is really nothing wrong with living together. Listen to what Satan told the first woman Gen. 3:4, "You shall not surely die." God said if you eat you shall die and Satan said you shall not surely die. Who was right? Let me ask you, is there anything wrong for a little boy or girl to grow up not knowing their daddy? Is there anything wrong when grandparents have to raise someone else's child that is conceived out of lust instead of the holy bond of marriage? The majority of these great lovers that get girls with child run off like a coward when she says we are going to have a child when a real man rejoices to hear his wife say honey we are going to have a child.

Our President recently said there are too many children having babies before marriage and we the tax payer end up paying the bill for another's moment of pleasure.

Judgment: Is there one law for all people when it comes to judgment/ Galatians 6:8 tells us,, "For he that soweth to the flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption, but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting." I understand this scripture to say two things. You make a choice each day of your life. You can give yourself to the desires of the flesh and the end result is corruption. Corruption is something that starts small and gets worse as it goes. You can also sow to the Spirit and you will also reap the fruit of the Spirit which is life everlasting, and there are many blessings that go this direction.

Regardless of what man says, there is only one law for all people today. You can live a godly life with high morals and be blessed and my friend you are the only one who can decide on this.
